What you actually pay

Dues

0%

Nothing is deducted from a sale, on any plan. Your plan price is the whole of what Dues charges you.

Card payments

Stripe’s rate

Charged by Stripe, directly to your own Stripe account, at whatever rate you have with them. Dues adds nothing on top and never sees it.

Crypto payments

Buyer covers it

The payment processor’s fee is added to the buyer’s total at checkout. The network’s transfer fee comes out of the payout when it forwards to your wallet.

Processing fees exist on every platform — they are the card networks’ and the blockchains’, not a platform’s margin. What differs is the cut taken on top, and ours is zero.

Questions

What counts as a paying member?

One person with active access, counted once across every store you run. Someone who buys three products from you is still one member, and anyone whose access has ended stops counting straight away.

What happens if I pass my plan’s limit?

Nobody loses anything. Every existing member keeps the access they paid for — only brand-new signups pause, and they start again the moment you upgrade.

Does Dues take a cut of my sales?

0% on every plan, including Free. Card payments settle into your own Stripe account and crypto forwards to your own wallet, so there is nothing for us to take a cut of — the money never passes through Dues.

Then what do I actually pay?

Your plan, and the processing fees you would pay anyway. Stripe charges its own card rate directly to your account. On crypto the processor’s fee is added to the buyer’s total at checkout, and the network’s transfer fee comes out of the payout.

Do I need Stripe to open a store?

Yes — connecting your Stripe account is how a store goes live, because that is where card payments land. Crypto is an extra method you can switch on afterwards from Settings.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Any time, from your dashboard. Cancelling ends the paid plan straight away rather than at the end of the period, so do it on the day you would have renewed. Your store, products, members and look stay exactly where they are — every colour, every background and your own imported image included. A plan buys member capacity, so cancelling changes what your store can hold, never how it looks.

Is yearly really two months free?

Yes. A yearly plan is ten times the monthly price, so you pay for ten months and get twelve.
