Buyers check out on your own Stripe account, so the money is yours from the first second. Stripe pays out to your bank on its normal schedule. Dues never holds, routes, or delays a payment.
Yes. Dues is built on Stripe, and connecting an account takes a few minutes during setup. If you already have one, you can use it as it is.
The Free plan is $0 with a 0% platform fee for up to 10 paying members, so you only ever pay Stripe's processing fees. Paid plans raise the member cap: Pro is $14.99 per month for up to 50, Max is $44.99 for up to 500, and Unlimited is $134.99 with no cap. Yearly billing gives you two months free.
They can. Every role can be sold as a monthly subscription, a yearly one, or a one-time lifetime purchase. You set the prices and can offer several options side by side.
The moment payment clears. The bot grants the role automatically, usually within seconds of checkout. There are no invites, approvals, or manual steps.
Refund a buyer from your Stripe dashboard whenever you choose. Dues sees a full refund and takes the role back automatically. A partial refund leaves the membership alone — a few dollars back as goodwill should not cut someone off. Chargebacks and lapsed subscriptions are handled the same way as a full refund.
