What you're buying

Purchases on this site grant access to a private Discord community: a Discord role is assigned to the Discord account you sign in with. Lifetime purchases are one-time payments granting access for the life of the community — nothing renews and nothing is billed again.

Delivery

Access is delivered automatically to your Discord account, normally within seconds of payment. If your role ever goes missing, use "Re-sync my access" on your account page. If a payment completes and access is not delivered, contact the server owner on Discord and it will be resolved.

Refunds

Digital access is delivered instantly, so payments are generally non-refundable once the role has been granted. If something went wrong with your purchase — double charge, no delivery — contact the server owner and a refund will be issued where appropriate.

Cancelling a recurring membership

If your membership renews, you can cancel it yourself at any time from your account page — no email, no waiting on the server owner. Cancelling stops future charges and leaves your access and your Discord role in place until the end of the period you have already paid for; the role is removed automatically when that period ends. One-off and lifetime purchases do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

Conduct

Access can be revoked without refund for chargeback abuse, sharing paid content outside the community, or breaking the community's rules.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. This site never sees or stores your card details.
